Return Eligibility
You may return a product within 7 days of delivery if the product is defective or damaged upon arrival, the wrong product was delivered, or the product does not match the description on our website.
The following items cannot be returned:
- Products that have been used, damaged by the customer, or are missing original packaging
- Products returned after 7 days of delivery
- Products purchased during special sale events (unless defective)
Return Process
- Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order
- Email support@mymobilestore.store with your order number and reason for return, along with photos of the product
- Our team will review your request within 24-48 hours
- If approved, we will arrange pickup or provide return instructions
- Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process your refund
Refund Policy
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 working days
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
- Cash on delivery orders will receive bank transfer refund
- Delivery charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
- We reserve the right to deduct restocking fees for non-defective returns
Warranty
- All mobile phones come with manufacturer warranty
- Warranty claims must be made directly with the manufacturer or authorized service center
- We will assist you with warranty claims where possible
Exchange
If you prefer an exchange instead of a refund, we will do our best to accommodate your request subject to product availability.
